At Cultr, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery (South Africa): 3–7 business days.

  • Express Delivery (South Africa): 1–3 business days (available in major cities).

  • International Shipping: 7–14 business days (customs may cause delays).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery option.

  • Free shipping may be offered on promotions or for orders above a set amount (when applicable).


4. Order Tracking

  • All orders come with tracking.

  • You can track your parcel using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

  • Cultr is not responsible for delays due to customs inspections.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

  • Cultr is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if damaged).

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, if eligible, send a replacement or refund.
